Container Registry Authentication

This document covers token-based authentication to Azure Container Registry and generating docker login commands.

Steps

1. Obtaining a refresh token or a scoped access token.
2. Using the token to generate docker login credentials.
3. Authenticating Docker CLI to ACR.
